It stop producing lemang pipe till plate FJ to the best i can recall. I got my own choice that is semi chamber, enough to make me fly(my own preference). Chamber pipe also can be DEADLY if you mod it the right way along with a proper setting. Kalau tidak, BOBOK bro... That is the leceh part with chamber pipe regardless semi chamber or fully chamber. Lemang mod also can TEMBAK one. Nowdays, 3BS pipe is a trend. Mostly all RXZ riders will have this pipe install on their RXZ. So bro, the choice is yours:angel:

actually dont really see alot of people using them on the road nowdays. maybe becos alot of people learnt that it cant be rebuilt and the suspension leaks quite easily for the 240kg.

this depends on individual setting. not all the pipes u listed here are suited for your engine. its like trial an error. thats why when wantongkol came over to my place i let him try some stuffs to see if its suitable for his bike.

Autoglym. Never look at other brands after using tis! :thumb: But then again, matte paintwork looks kinda nice; look @ the new Lamborghini Reventon, it comes wif a cool matte black paintwork as stock!:faint:

if ur meter fuel guage not working chge to the orriginal meter and never buy the local 1 as it will come to the same think in a few days ltr...
after chnging to the original meter and if the fuel meter still not working go chnge the plampung(sorrie i dun noe how to describe it in english but thats wat the mech told me b4) which is at the tank cos i used to hav a fren having dat prob...

Tu semua ada main peranan. You also can customised silencer stock look alike with bee sound but distance wise proven hanyut, tak bole make it at all. casual ride ok tapi tak bole rempit. Haloz...need some help here. my bike coe is expiring in dec2010. but i don noe whether want to extend or not. coz the coe now is like 1.4k?? tats a lot. n my frame is dented(around200 to press back). engine needs to overhaul..so if i decided to extend, is it worth it?

based on what U put so far...I think its ok to renew...unless U can go without a bike...U still have to scrap and find another bike...the amount will be similar except with a shorter COE...

From what i know, Makida got 2 grades.1 is the normal one, and the other is Makida bronze.The normal one i change at jb cost RM140.While the Makida bronze is RM240.The bronze one can withstand pillion weight of 300kg.The normal one is already good enough but still have to depends on your pillion weight la bro...:)

Try checking ur spark plug cables and ur cables connection first, see whether it is loose or accidently disconnected anot. The cables I mentioned will be under ur tank, near the battery side. Don't think it's battery fault coz 2 stroke still can start without the battery... ;)

So A-an, senang cakap, klw gi JB juz mintak tukar pipe 3BS stock den get the 3 inch silencer ( customised - drill byk lobang ) and thats it lah? But the corong part aku pon tak faham. Can anyone explain? The corong and the silencer dont come together is it?

the only 3 source about this kind of problems are from ur rectifier, magnetic coil and batt. anyway neutral light not important to me cos mine is gone for good. haha. got such thing as fuse in the case?? mine seems like direct connection. the only fuse is that is in my bike is the iu unit.

There should be another one actually, connected directly to the "+" side of ur battery. But don't think it'll do any harm if u don't hav one though...:angel:

How to compute for Gear Ratio?

Rear sprocket teeth DIVIDE by Front Sprocket Teeth = GEAR RATIO

example:
42t rear / 16t front = 2.63

so your gear ratio with that sprocket combi is 2.63
since its higher than the stock sprocket gear ratio 2.6

that means you will have HIGH ACCELERATION than the stock sprocket.
top speed might decrease or the same...

If you feel you still need more acceleration, then look
for a sprocket combi with higher value of gear ratio than 2.63

try 14t 37t gear ratio 2.67
and so on...

where did you went for inspection? cause mine also sticker number plate, since the day i took out the bike from the shop . and how much you paid for doing the number plate?

Original 3BS pipe has 6 dot punch around the end can. Near the cone which is connected to end can has 2 welding. If u see the local pipe its either one welding only or the welding are far apart. Pm
me the price u want to let go of ur stock pipe bro. Make sure its original.

FYI, The front no is refering to the width of ur tyre while the last no is refering to ur tyre height. I put it in a simplest form lah. Brand wise, lantak lah wat u wan and wat u cn mampu for ur bike. Dsnt matter if u put Maxxis frnt or Bridgestone on the rear. By top overhaul, wat do u mean by tat???

the chasis patah eh? like mine, patah. den need to weld back to the frame lor. i think there is no way u can swap frame bro. coz the frame have the serial num or sumthing. UNLESS u go jb, make "moto tampal". kena caught, abis lor. so not worth it. no need use mainstand la. weight reduction. kau kan rempit. hahaha.

Ade satu Rxz rempit nampak kat Simpang Bedok waktu gua pergi cekik ngan wife tadi.Colour metallic green,Racing Boy 5 spoke rims using both 90/80-17 Battlax,Pipe 3BS,Got engine casing,Using steering damper and Showa shocks(Mesti banyak duit) and oversize disc rotor.Rear disc brake using Racing boy looks macho sial the bike,I was about to start my car when the rider come,Abg2 lobang in his early 40s start bike the bike pipe standard but i suspect ada brg haram dlm enjin.Saw his helmet look like Persatuan Axxff

95rm for original steering cone bearings and housing. Plus workmanship. Singapore price? Entah ehk? Shld be the same I guess. Unless u DIY ah; buy the bearing set frm Yamaha Agent (and additional 4 more pieces of the ball bearings) and fix it urslf. Shld b cheaper tat way... ;)

U try okay or not?If not okay then try other brands.Currently i'm trying Caltex Revtex semi-synthetic one,Pick up not so good but for long journey 110kmh is effortless.BTW anyone know what is the psi for RXZ 80/90-17 front and rear 90/80 tyres?Some bikers told me to pump 190 infront and 210 rear,Wonder if its true?

130km/h??? Laju sangat tu! Sebab tu dia drop to "0"! Lol... Just check ur meter cable, connected from ur meter set to the left side of ur front wheel hub, the cable might be rounded or terputus alrdy...:)

Hmmm... Kalau dry, ketat. Kalau wet, longgar... Hmmm... Try checking ur throttle cable and oil it. If probs still persist, take out ur old grip and check the plastic part where u twist to rev. Might be broken tat's causing the friction.

For the longgar during wet part, it might be ur grip itself. Try putting doubleside tape underneath ur grip or cable-tying it. I did it on mine and it ain't slippery no more. :)

And shld u alrdy make up ur mine to change ur fast throttle, just change to an original TZM throttle or an OEM one. Those 2 is way cheaper than the bomb-proof, dirt bike counterparts. But all works the same... Well almost.......:faint:

Hi! Tat seems ok to me. If I'm on a slope, say @ the all famous Benjamin Sheares bridge slope, mine would be on 7k rpm on gear 3 just to keep up wif the traffic! Oh I'm on 15f 38r...:)

spocket 41 is quite big for standard rxz lei.:cheeky:.. all bike go slope cmfirm less power... tis the time u need to change the correct gear...
if wanna power for slope change ur bike to scrambler..hehe:angel: cmfirm power :cheers:
