Hi,

Im currently riding year 1999 model.. anyone out there own the same bike? i cant seem to find any thread for this bike.. just wanna learn more about this beauty.

oh yea.. i was at custom just now =D think its me.. im with my gf and some friends. and omg return part are crazy.. waited for like 1hr to leave the damn place. -_-; and thx for the compliment bro!

oh.. i googled for vintage sports bike seen afew.. and katana caught my eye.. had read reviews everywhere, most of them are

. i called Mah Motor Agency ( my usual bike shop ) so happens that they just gotten it!

yea.. pretty good FC compared to other sporties. i get about 19-22km/L

oh who? i've seen a very old model katana parked at the basement of Holiday Inn Orchard. But it was not well maintained.

ohhh. 7 and 1/2 years old bike. 1999 model. machine price $4k. but in supre good condition. only 28k mileage. 2 previous owner.. ang mohs. seldom ride always overseas or drive .. lucky me.. haa.

I nearly bought this bike when I started to ride back in May 2003. I used to own a Katana in the mid 90's and I really loved it.

A bit out of topic...

Katana 750, used to have a fren who own 1.
but its a older model ( in the pic below) but colour is diff, my fren's is stock white blue...

Guess so far, still the only bike that has a "Flip Open" headlight.

He kept that in tip top condition. a 20 plus years old bike, but problem free...
He use it for touring too, KL , Thailand to him is just like some of us going to JB....

Respect those who ride and maintain their bike, let alone such an old bike.

the above pic is the exact one with similar color.

unfortunately it is not well maintained.. strain of yesteryears shows very clearly on the above mentioned bike.

hopefully the owner will do something to upkeep the condition of this rare bike.
