   Theme : To promote cultural understanding in Southern Thailand

   Venue : Hatyai Municipal Park

   4th Jul 08
   9.00 AM to 4.00 PM : The Royal Thai Consulate and the Hatyai Bike Week Committee will be stationed at the Malaysia and Thailand (Danok) Immigration & Customs Checkpoint to welcome and assist all bikers with the immigration and customs clearance. Hatyai Hotel Association will also be there to assist bikers to make their room reservations at the border.
    
   5.30PM : Welcome party at the Hatyai Municipal Park with free food and live music
    
   5th Jul 08
   1.00 PM : Bike convoy will leave the Municipal Park and ride through Hatyai to Koh Yoh (Songkhla). There will be a stopover for some light refreshments hosted by the local Government.
    
   5.00PM : Ride back to the Municipal Park follow by free and easy program.
    
   8.00PM : The Grand Opening and live music.
    
   ***Security of bikes at the party will be overseen by the Police and the Army***
