Tire pressure? Hmmm.. I set my tires 200kPa front / 220kPa rear.

As for your brake light, Maybe its the brake switch that its faulty.

Hope this helps

Preloading is it? Maybe it's because of the accelerator pump on the carb that's why when u close den open again got that jerky feeling.

U're talking about the AIS? Some people disable the whole system because it supposedly disrupts the whole exhaust process i think. Like not natural like that. Forcing air into the exhaust to complete combustion so air that comes out from exhaust is cleaner. Got this from another website :-

hakim, how do u go abt disabling this ais system? just plug out the ais hose from the airbox n seal the hose will do?

disbaling the ais will definitely not pass inspection right cos the air that comes out from exhaust is dirtier right?

1st problem: My spark when it is at neutral, i tired engage to gear 1, it kinda "stuck" at the middle. That is when i need to half clutch when moving off then my gear 1 is properly engage. I'm using yahama racing footrest with pillion. Is it i did not clutch in fully when engaging gear 1 or i did not step in enough strength on the gear pedal? Or is it the racing footrest problem?

2nd problem: When my spark stand still at gear 1 when stopping at traffic light, i tried to engage neutral but is it kinda "hard" to kick back to netural. Thus, i have to throttle up front or move back so as to enage neutral easier. Is it a problem with the cutch plate? Or is it normal?

3rd problem: When travelling at gear 3 with my spark, when i wanna engage gear 2 to slow down my bike. There is "tak tak tak" sound, is it the speed is to fast to engage gear 2 or gear 2 did not have engine break? I kinda confused here.

My spark fba plate and just overhaul my bike last yr. Any kind souls can enlighten me?

1st , 2nd: maybe it's ur cluth cable loose. try tightening it. if it doesnt work den it might be ur clutch plate problem.

3rd: most prob is u try to lower down the gear at high speed. it'll stress the engine and 2nd gear cant take that speed. every gear has got engine brake except for neutral.

I miss my v4

Answer to 1,2 and 3: Spark has only 4 gears, compared to some bikes with 5 or 6 gears. So the gear ratios are naturally further apart. Because of this distance, this kind of problems come about. It's normal. Don't worry.

If u take out that hose and u don't pass inspection u tell me. Den that'll be the day the cleanest 2-stroker doesn't pass inspection. Sorry 2-strokers :)

i have to vouch for rocksteady on rectifying the problem on bike stutter..... changing ur spark plug to original is the solution... nuting to do with carb stting coz i was there with him when it happen....

for those people suffering from gearing problem like cyberian.... try changing to a better eo... maxima 15w-50 or liqui moly 10w-60.... if it still persist clutch spring has worn out....

Bros and Gals, whom are riding Spark T135s please check your rubber coolant tube near the radiator cap especially when you fixing back the right fairing after servicing your spark plug, etc.>>>(Refer to picture for more details on which part of the coolant tube i am talking about)

I found the hard way after much headaches and diagnosting what is the problem with my bike inconsistant idling speed, sudden engine stalling for no reason at all, even the engine idling rpms is increase by tuning the carburator.

Found out that above-mentioned tube is bent from improper installation of the right fairing thus causing strain on the coolant pump and engine.

Just sharing what i learnt from this experience....Hope it helps you all.

i hope bro here can help me.

Today it was raining in the afternoon and i was riding to work. After my work i went to my bike and start the engine. The engine has high rev (although i don't have RPM meter). From the engine vibration can tell its high RPM but i've not done anything to it.

Anyone can tell me how to tune for RPM? What causes the sudden change in the RPM?

Check whether the choke is open or not bro.
