help me..i thought of changing my balancer but den,i face one big prob.. my balancer cudnt open cos wen i try to unscrew,the thing keep going round n round.. den i try knocking out the balancer n it came off with the rod n i discover that the balancer is connected to the rod n the rod connected to the handle bar with a clip.. but den,i cant fixed it back.. any suggestion?? HELP!!! urgent!!!

thats y always ask b4 doing anything. i almost did what u did but my frens say b careful coz theres a rod and so i go shop do bt in the end i nvr use balancer.

so maybe u can ask ur mech or juz read up ur manual which is v useful when comes to diy, IF u didnt threw that away like most ppl wud.

anione hav prob wif their tps sys on their bike, as in the red indicator lite keeps blinkin on n off. heard tat prob only occurs when usin aftermarket cdi coz u b disablin some functions on the bike (correct me if im wrong) btw im still usin stock cdi..

Bros...i really need you all to help me on my Spark 135, my electric starter suddenly cannot use to start my bike...only can kick start.

 

Battery is brand new....when press the electric starter switch, no response?? Just tak tak sound in d area behind the battery compartment.

 

Any bros or gals have came across this problem and have it fixed please tell me what spolit? The rectifer, starter relay and omg hope it is not the starter motor.

 

And how much is d repairs for d parts....

hey guys im new.

 

and i dont know whats wrong with my bike. its a spark btw.

 

I was waiting for my friend at the side road, so i signal left and waited. While waiting, i dont wanna waste my oil consumption so instead i turn it off and let the signal light blink. After about five minutes, the neutral and signal light went off. And when i tried starting the bike, i couldnt...

 

So i came back around 3 hours later and started it again. And everything was ok. Can someone enlighten me on this.. I hope you guys understand what im trying to say.

This problem has been recurring for quite some time and i can't seem to tell whats the problem.

My bike when engaged to gear one when not moving, the engine will sometimes die and i will have to kickstart again and rev repeatedly so that it doesnt die again.

Anyone knows whats the problem and how to solve it ?

had tt probz.. bt im using the small adjustable clutch. aft i turn the knob itz ok oredi.. so mayb has to do with the clutch cable.. tighten the clutch cable or sumtin.. correct me if im wrong.. =))

Yeah. I got them to sort of thighten my clutch cable and now it seems to be better. There still is afew times of the engine dying but i think now its because the engine hasn't warm up yet. Thanks bro.

I would like to ask, why is my bike so difficult to start? sometime it just bounce back so hard that it hurt my leg, some of people say it is due to what compression to high cos of my Rextor adjustable CDI,

 

i would like to ask is it due to other problem that cause the kick start to be so hard compare to stock spark.

The Rextor CDI has nothing to do with it, if you say that your kick start is so hard to kick, it might be that your bike is fitted with a hi-cam. It also may be due to a possiblity that your carburetor setting is either too lean or too rich.

but when i change of CDI my kick start is smooth again, altho not as smooth as stock.

Try not to twist the throttle too much when you kick start.
