How to appeal to Town Council for parking at Void Decks?

Guys, i just got summoned by Town Council due to parking in void decks.

 

I went down to my bike this afternoon, and saw a bloody paper made of cheapskate material, which states my bike's licence number and the offence i've committed. A notice of composition or summon to court will be send to me later.

 

How much will i have to pay for the summon?

 

How to appeal? What to write?

 

Am i able to check my summon online? What address?

1st monday of the month got Meet-The-MP session... Look for MP better... he got more power... COS he wants you to vote for him!!! lol...

 

Just say bike spoil den push to void deck while heading up to get tools den come down kanna summon... or raining den no lot den push to void deck..

Wa I'm more lucky then... Park over night at void deck...They stick a piece sticker on my oil tank for FREE... Stating the offence parking at void deck...$100... Plus need thinner to remove that super sticky, strong sticker.... Might be 3M product...

 

Ha Ha Ha... But that was year ago... My neighbour kanna second time = $500... Heard 3rd time = $1,000 plus go court... Wohoo...

Huh? I thought they will just issue you with a piece of paper stating you've committed an offence of parking at Void deck.

 

And then, they will send you a letter to your mail box to tell you that they fine you $100?

Bro,

To my knowledge, parking on void deck which is under Town Council, very difficult to get full waiver. At most times, you'll get a discount ($60 fine if I'm not mistaken). Just don't park there again.

 

For HDB, which enforces parking on driveway & carparks, they're more lenient. Can get waiver if you give a valid reason.

Hmm. But seems like ppl who went to the mp manage to get full waiver for the void deck parking.

Me myself gotten a summon also last 2 month, i tried appealling but the office incharge told me that i did not buy season parking , so cant even appeal, end up i still pay for the $75....:faint:

Good things dont come cheap & cheap thing dont come good

in the 1st place, you know its illegal to park at void deck right.

A second of precaution is an hour of safety. It never hurts to ask.

Bro if u first time u can "keng" a very good reason for them such as u first time dun know.park there a while only next time wun liao...maybe they will waive the offenece but u still need to pay a adminstrative charges..less then $20..pm me if u need help on this...
