Anyone knows whether bikes are allowed in Hitachi Tower? If not, where is the nearest that I can park?

The URA carpark is currently undergoing construction. Think the only way is illegal parking. I wonder if URA has ever thought of motorcyclist going to CDC and drawing more lots for that area.

the only legal parking spaces along that stretch are in the driving centre itself. But I've noticed that no one ever comes to that area to catch illegal parking, maybe there's a silent agreement between those driving instructors and URA...
