guys , My valve open on 7.5krpm , but when i reached gear 5 i like cannot open sia lol , you guys encounter those before ?

how to know when it opens?

When everythin around you passes by very fast..

 

maybe got open.. but u cannot feel it tats all.. maybe because u are on gear 5.. u cant feel the power difference..

 

if i not wrong.. this is wat i had been taught : lower gear are more powerful than higher gear.. (do enlighten me if im wrong about this..)

Partly correct..Lower gear have higher torque..So it means it is only used to get the bike in motion..You can't drag it for the whole distance..

 

eh ! at gear 1 to 4 valve open nicely , but reach 5 , someitmes it went to 7.5k rpm , it will drop to 6 straight . then if i drop gear go , mean at gear 4 , it go to 10k-11k easily but when up gear agian , 7.+ struck then drop to 6 .LOL !

but his symptom like differnt. Valve when jam i thought , after that all gears will have the grok grok sound.

 

He after switch back to gear 4 straight away ok.

When jam you throttle until your hand twisted also the speed won't reach 100..

 

dont know leh , he tell me one , cause he using racing pipe , when u ride slow , ur bike will like going die going die . LOL

i try slow , indeed the bike is like cannot take it , but once valve on , bike is like alive alrdy ! LOL

My Bike funny la.. yesterday morning after rain i kick plus throttle so many times cannot start.. than at 6 in the day i kick one time without throttle start already hahaha.. wtf i don't get it..

My F/c i really never check yet, but i wan at least 25km and above and fast as well.

Anyway guys, just wanna ask, whats the difference between Air Filter and Air Box???

 

air box - pick up slower, save fuel, no need scared rain, sounds sharper and noisier, can paste wadever u want at the side.. hello kitty also can!

 

air filter - pick up faster, rain time u hong gan, use more petrol, sounds abit deeper, make ur bike look more hollow. which means no space to paste hello kitty sticker, but if put led under tank the effect damn wet.

 

how to know when it opens?

 

u hear ur engine should suddenly come the kla kla kla kla kla sound.. like transformer become robot time the sound.. "klaklaklaakla klaaaaaa~" oh before that maybe "kr xform!"

if too rich

u can simply try add one 0.1mm-0.5mm copper washers below the click

den tune the carb,and see/try any different

(record down b4 n after detail,incase cannot still can redo back to normal)

yah , at first i thought its valve jam,

but cant be gear 1-4 can . but only 5 and above ,

that is the stuff im wondering , my mech at malaysia told me that my bike must ride fast(at least 8k at gear 6) , lol cannot ride slow if not it wont be smooth .

but im thinking how sia , i cant even on valve on gear 5 , dont even need think about 6 ! LOL

its setting.. u gt port ur blok or carb? cus if ur bike engine is modded, den mus high rpm one.. dunno hw to explain here lols..
