what makes you say he is the best?

Most people go through life following the crowd.

Others think for themselves.

They go their own way.

mah motors is the BIG shop with bikes high up in the air at serangoon road before the slip road to CTE PIE

he's working at mah motors now. i see him work very careful, don't anyhow do things macam kamikaze like other mech.

when he was working at motoworld, he was the mechanic who changed my handlebar grips and told me to fix the scottoiler dual injector myself.

halfway back home, my left balancer dropped off. and he forgot about my rubber caps for the allen bolts for my balancer were missing.

rien d'autre que le max.

I would only rec Mah Motor AGENCY at Jln Besah or Loois Motor at Kaki Bukit.

Bikes in good condition , keep true to their words and good after sales service.

But pricing slight higher than market pricing.

Cheers !

For Mah I would recommend that you go directly to the boss, Mr Mah, himself. A very nice and frank guy. Whereas for Looi's, you can go directly to the boss, Mr Lee, or Azman. Excellent service from both of them.

If u rec ppl to go to a bike shop to look for a particular sales person there to deal, then i think it defeats the purpose.

I mean all sales ppl in the same store must provide unbiased sale pitch and quote prices fair and sq.

Not like

Sales person A quote $5000 all in OTR.

Sales person B quote $5200 all in OTR

or

Sales person C quote $4900 all in OTR.

Even when this happens, will B honour what C quoted u ????

I recommend ASP also. I got chop at a shop before and knows how it feels..

Got my S4 from them and at first i thought their price is ex, it is higher then normal, but then their after service and the transparency is good. They wrote down what they told me they will be giving and also provides a full check + replacement parts (when down to sign guarantor form and saw them doing replacement). They really mean what they say. good shop.. :thumb:

Btw bought from ASP toh guan.

Ya I know MAH Pte Ltd is e big shop near PIE Bendemeer Flyover, but seems to be some of our forumers got confused, some are referring to MAH Pte Ltd but some are referring to Mah Motor Agency. If one posted wrongly, other might get e wrong idea.

Can't remember the name, remember the location then, whichever makes your life easier.

Oh yes, back to topic, personally I would prefer a.s.phoon.

One of the reason, no penalty for early settlement of installments.

Next, boss is friendly. :D

Early settlement? Or u mean late settlement?

I had bad experience with ASP before, got my TA200 from them which was jacked up $1K more than other shops! So I never go there again.

Early settlement, means if you're still having xxx number of months of installments with them and suddenly you strike 4D and you want to clear your remaining installments, you can do it with them, there's no penalty fee for that. Some shops have this strange policy that if you want to settle your remaining installments early, you'll have to pay a penalty fee.

Oh ya, sorry to rake up your bad experience with them. Cheers.

Asphoon, ok only. Not too good, not horrible either. Sales reps vary from branch to branch, some nice, some stuckup. After-sales depending on how well you know the sales rep and mech.

Mah, pre-sales ok. Sales rep was so-so but details i had to ask everything. didn't explain to me. Also, quotes me a different price everytime. Aftersales, horrible. had a engine/crankcase problem which existed from day 1 hour 1 of collection which they could not solve for 3 months. Resolved at another workshop which they refused to acknowledge the cause. Had to go to small claims to get some money back.

Loois, haven't tried. Maybe I'll give them a go next time.
