yes, they quote you OTR price.

meaning, everything in liao.

insurance, rd tax, admin fee, transfer fee.

pay that amount you can bring the bike onto the rd and ride liao, no extra charges.

1 thing i like about ASphoon is that they are transparant. but i only go to Changi branch. most of my bikes from there, no problems about the bike or service and $$$ matters.

the others i not too sure of the service.

CCB some shops quote you this price. but when you calculate, they KNN add GST la, admin la, transfer la, this and that la, total amount either same as ASphoon or more. never less. i dun like this kinda hiden charges. you dun know what you are paying for. most probably the salesman's next pack of ciggis, or his next meal... NB

 

Yea i can vouch for the price, price they quote is everything. I bought my 2nd hand ybr125 from the toh guan branch and their service is great. At that time they gave free helmets, raincoats and a bike cover too (should still be like that bah)

Hi, my experience with AS Phoon, has not been fantastic.

Won't name the branch though ,

Their used bikes I belief is very ex. and their services , well I might say are not that great.

But their charges are clear , therefore u can rest assure that there won't be any hidden cost.

This is my 2 cents worth.

I would give ASP 4.5 out of 5 stars. (0.5 star missing cos many a times, got many customers but not enough sales staff. There's always space for improvement.)

Sold my VXR to them, got a X9.

Trade in X9 and got a Wave.

So far, very pleased with their Sales & mechanics.

Sales & After service also very professional.

All sales terms & conditions were upfront.

I have experienced the good service at Changi, Serangoon & Toh Guan.

I think the ASPhoon website is not bad at all - its a lot better and more informative than most of the others - except those done by the agents.

 

One poblem i had was that - for the used bikes - there is no indication of either

a) price

b) where the item is located.

I've had to call all 4 branches to find out which one has the bike that was advertised in the web page. Its such a waste of time for both parties that could be easily rectified by adding in the branch code.

 

ASPhoon - if you are reading this - please consider my suggestions.

I am very pleased with their service too. The people there is friendly and after sales service is as good(professionism)! Just that after chopped by a few black shop my confidence for good deal is back. Special mention for sales guy Ah Seng at Asphoon Ubi, well done and keep up the good work!!

Hi ASP, I have been buying bike since my police force days. Now the staffs are not as tactful and courteous. We go and pay installment they are like the ah longs.
