The rear is already squaring off and I've not even hit 8000km! Looks like its a real tyre eater, the Busa.

Will be looking at 020 rear since the front is still good.

Any recommendations for shops carrying them??

Oh, anyone here has this problem with their fuel consumption display? Sometimes I get a miserable 5.6km per little of fuel!? A far cry from the usual 12km/Litre when I just finish running in the bike. But the funny thing is, although the display keeps telling me that I have horrible fuel economy, my bike is still running similar distances of about 250 every tank.

Is there something wrong with the calculations on the bike?

check if you gotten the onboard fuel calculator in the correct mode..

most prob yours is in litres/100km.

press and hold the lower button when in the fuel calculator mode to toggle between km/litre and litre/100km

for wat you said 5.6 shld be 5.6litres per 100km which works out to be abt 17.6km/l

that's normal for a stock bike.

There's no replacement for displacement except for a blower

Maybe ...

Whatever happens, must have black and white proves stated that the Busa is LE. Either on the vehicle registration card, vehicle invoice or purchasing agreement. Form here it begins to be a nice case that worth fighting for.

could it really be the case?

:cheeky:

Knowing the truth is pretty easy.

Get the chassis number and trace backwards. First to the local agent, if failed ... then go straight to Japan Suzuki. Frankly, even this bike is parallel importer, agent should also address this bike because you are a loyal customer of Suzuki. Japan Suzuki take pride in their name as a whole.
