If there are still parking lots available, there are no reasons to park there. If the lots in your places are always full. You should complain to town council since you are paying season parking. And NO, if you already pay season parking does not mean you can park any how. There are reasons for them to place those things. It could be because since you place your bike there, a bus or lorry entering the carpark cannot exit it causing unnecessary waste of time and rage. I'd rather park on pavement than on double yellow line. Worst if its at a blindspot area then vehicle sped, can't brake in time then bang on your bike.

This is the procedure. Even if you have purchase season pass, as long you are not in the lot, the parking warden can summon you. It like parking on any other double yellow line anyway in Singapore. However If you have a valid season pass, the chances of you having the summon waived off will be quite high provided your carpark is well-known to be always full.

But if there are still lots available (eg higher floor) and yet you did not want to park there, then I would say you deserved to be summoned. Double yellow line is there for a purpose which most failed to see as it is always about ME.

It would be nice if the traffic warden at your carpark comes over to my side and book those clowns that are doing the same thing as you are. I can't understand why riders need to park on un-demarcated spots in a carpark. Its very clearly stated where you can park and where you can't and having a season parking ticket does not exempt anyone from following the rules.
