can vtec end can use on Ver S will it be still legal??

Re-cert?? i had never heard of this issue before. However, i had find that GPR exhaust pricing is quite more ex than it used to be before 2008.

Hey guys, I just bought gpr exhaust for my version S. It come with the silencer but without the cone at the rear end. Is it illegal? If yes, where can I get the cone shape silencer, or any of you selling it. Thank you in advance.
