Open Air EPS carpark opposite Cineleisure - Anybody got fined before ?

Hi Guys,

 

The available bike parking lots are getting less and less in Orchard Road. The open air carpark opposite cineleisure, behind H&M is one of the hottest spots to park. But motorcycle parking is almost always full. I have to resort to parking on the double yellow line , chevrons, pavement etc. So far I have not been fined, but then again I park there less than 5 times.

Have any of you been fine for improper parking there before ? :cool:

 

Where else to park if going cineleisure ?
