Honda CBX750P overheating.

Honda CBX 750p(oil cooled) overheats and turn off.When i try to start the engine it cranks but does not fire as if the engine is tight. I must wait until it cools down and then start the engine.Is there any possible solutions??

hello,thanks for replying today I have cleaned the oil cooler and seems in perfect condition. I have also change the motor oil.I went for a ride the gears do not respond as if is on neutral.(only when overheats)

Please kindly help.
