I am a lady rider and ride the LX150 too,... i love it! It is ideal for a max speed of 80km/hr and i commute by the ECP / PIE daily.

I feel as long as you dont anyhow ride ie lane straddle, and keep to a full lane like a car, you should be fine.. also the minimum following distance is very crucial.

Wear a amoured bike jacket for extra safety.

There you go. Very good advice. 150cc is good enough for S'pore highways. Personally, I'd avoid 125cc scooters. Rode one before and didn't like it. No power. Rode a 150 for a few years and the ride is very enjoyable. Never hit the top speed as mostly cruise at 90kph.

2nd link bridge is okay. I rode across on my PCX almost every week for lunch or supper. It's windy but manageable. The other bridge not sure as I hardly goes there. :D

OLD NO GO, NEW NO COME.

Btw, I'll be riding my PCX to Melaka on the 14 March 2015. Anyone interested can just PM me. Will be part highway part trunk road. If you survived this trip, then you can join my PCX to Cameron in June.
