A quick search on another thread called Motor Tiam Rating shows that other people has less memorable encounters. So... Can't say for sure for myself. Maybe you have good experience with them in person but for me I'd rather be safe than sorry.. I value my bike and above all, my safety..

bros is it worth paying $50-$100 for those "bike grooming" service? Am contemplating to bring one of my bikes for a good wash and waxing.

Maybe I should try their cheaper package to see if their workmanship is really good then gauge for yourself. Nth better than u experiencing it for yourself.

Besides, somebody else's acceptable level may be another's excellent level. All too subjective..

You can go to Facebook and search for Trustable Bike Wash (in woodlands) or AMK Bike Wash. These are 1-2 men show which operates out of a MSCP washing bay.

I tried the former before. Very thorough wash (2 hours) using lots of soap and water. He also lubed my chain and wax my bike after washing. Much better than those 15 min quick-wash, and can see the bike, esp the chain and sprocket, are spotless. Another good thing is that he let the engine cool down before washing it, instead of splashing water on it immediately.

Prices vary according to bike size. For 2A bikes, price around $25.

Carousell many such services.

Anyway, whenever I visit Keat Hong for supper by car, I always notice a very dedicated team of 2-4 Malay guys providing bike wash services. They don't rush into the job, and take their time to scrub and clean. If you happen to pass by in future, take a look from a distance. You will see them squatting, standing, bending, squatting, standing, bending to clean. A lot of professionalism and pride in their work IMO. Sometimes I see bikers leave their bikes there and go for a quick meal or drink while some just sit on the chairs provided and wait. I am not sure if the chairs belongs to them or taken from nearby coffeeshop (LOL) but still, it's pretty service IMO. I stood and watch for a good 10 minutes.

Not sure how much the washing costs as well. Perhaps anyone who stays near there and have experienced care to provide more info?

I always see them at the 1st floor of the MSCP behind the Kiat Hong coffee shop. It is easy to spot them, they are always at the wash area literally beside entrance/exit area. Not too sure what the exact block is but basing on google maps, it could be 254 CCK Ave 3.
