What are the signs of a batt getting weak or is already weak?

when i on my headlight, the neutral light will not

be as bright as when i off my headlight.

slow cranking of starter or difficult starts. batteries lose their charge over many years of usage and this in turn will affect the lights but that's nothing to worry about unless the bike has difficulty cranking.

ya the easiest way to check is are your lights, especially your signal, neutral and

most obvious of all, your headlights. 1st day i got my bike i got very dim headlights but then after i go back to the bike shop buy 2t, my bike cannot start. the uncle realised my battery flat and since the bike is from his shop, he changed the battery without charging me.

get a voltmeter..if don want, den look out for no neutral light at neutral position..obvious 1 is u cant horn when battery low

for class 2a and above,when u turn on the ignition,the rpm needle wont go all the way from 0 to your redline.maybe go about half.

U have to test with a Battery Tester - a good battery tester comes with load testing as well.

hey ladyrider i suggest u go to geylang/aljunied in e weekends,especially saturday nights to test ur horn..that would be a very gd place to test at those foreigners/locals jaywalking even when it's damn congested..oh,do aim at those who dun give way,thinking they're Mr. Superman..

yeah as one of e forumers state,check ur neutral light bro..that's e easiest..it would be dimmer, and maybe gone when u kick in to neutral..

I think now most are Maintenance Free batts. They are wet cells just that its all contained and sealed. No need top up, hassle free.

ur bike kick start ?? if kick start den tt's the way .. if ur electrical start den u got to push start
